1. What We Collect
- Account data: the email address you sign in with.
- Usage data: credit balance, amount used, and token counts needed to meter your account.
- Payment data: handled by Paddle. We receive a confirmation and your order reference, not your full card details.
- AI requests: the prompts and project content you send are transmitted to our AI provider to generate responses.
2. How We Use It
To operate the Service, meter and bill credits, provide support, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.
3. Third Parties
- Anthropic — processes AI requests (Claude).
- Paddle — processes payments as Merchant of Record.
- Cloudflare — hosts the backend and stores account data.
4. Retention and Your Rights
We keep account and usage data while your account is active. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by emailing slimedesk@gmail.com.
