1. Agreement
By creating an account or using Slime Desk (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Slime Desk is a desktop application that lets you direct an AI agent team to help build software. AI requests are processed by third-party AI providers on your behalf. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in and credentials secure. You must provide an accurate email address.
4. Credits and Payment
- Paid credit packs are sold through Paddle, our Merchant of Record.
- Credits are a prepaid balance used to access AI features; they have no cash value and are not a deposit or stored-value instrument.
- We may change pricing or credit grants for future purchases at any time.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to build or generate unlawful, harmful, or abusive content, to infringe others' rights, to attempt to resell or relay our AI access as a generic API, or to circumvent usage limits or security controls.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain rights to the code and content you create with the Service, subject to the terms of the underlying AI providers. The Slime Desk software, brand, and site remain our property.
7. Disclaimers and Liability
AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete; you are responsible for reviewing it before use. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Slime Desk is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding three months.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. See our Refund Policy for how unused credits are handled.
9. Changes and Contact
