Prepaid credits
Slime Desk sells prepaid credit packs that are consumed as your AI agent team works. Because credits are used progressively, refunds depend on how much of a pack you have spent.
14-day refund on unused credits
- If you request a refund within 14 days of purchase and have not used the credits from that pack, we will refund it in full.
- If you have partially used the pack, credits already consumed are non-refundable; we may refund the unused portion at our discretion.
- Credits that have been fully consumed are non-refundable.
How to request a refund
Email slimedesk@gmail.com from the address on your account with your order reference. Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method. This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
